To provide fast and effective cleaning of all kitchen utensils, dishware, glassware and pots, and to maintain the kitchen area ensuring cleanliness and tidiness. They must be capable of working effectively both unsupervised and within a team environment. Job Description
Operate an automatic dishwashing machine that cleans dishes, glassware and cutlery
Hand wash all large kitchen prep pots and pans
Scrape all dishes ensuring food waste is separated from general waste
Return pots and dishes to appropriate areas
Sweep and mop floors and remove waste, food waste and recycling as required
General cleaning of the kitchen
Assist the Chefs and Cooks with other designated duties within their job classification
Handle chemicals in a safe manner according to CN Tower Health and Safety standards while utilizing WHMIS guidelines and procedures
Qualifications
A secondary school diploma is preferred.
A minimum of one year of related utility attendant/ dishwashing experience is preferred

Rate of Pay: $21.85 (95% of the rate)
