Prepare banking information, assist income audit, Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.

Job Description

Income Audit

  • Audit and reconcile Food and Beverage, Attractions and Retail Store departmental audits when needed.
  • Open daily cashier envelopes for audit.
  • Verify cash, debit and credit card sales to Paymentech.
  • Adjust errors and make note of any variances.
  • Receive and distribute invoices
  • Verify all invoices for arithmetical accuracy, compliance to contracts.
  • Ensure invoices are approved and signed according to the Delegation of Authority (DOA).
  • Reconcile and data entry for all approved invoices
  • Prepare weekly payment run and match invoices to payment stubs for signatures in Adobe Sign.
  • Inventory Count for Food and Beverage

Qualifications

Education and Experience

  • A relevant college diploma or university degree in finance, accounting or equivalent is preferred. A diploma from a secondary school is required.
  • A minimum of two years of related experience in finance and/or accounting is required.
  • Excellent understanding and familiarity with finance and accounting procedures and processes are required.
