Guest Services Representative
The Guest Services Representatives join our visitors on their journey throughout the Tower, and help create WOW! moments during each guest’s visit. Team members greet and engage with every guest, answer questions, share information, monitor and provide direction in guest queuing areas, and safely operate the elevators, working together to make every CN Tower experience celebratory.
